Technical questions
Our Web site is best viewed using the following software and settings:
- Hardware: We recommend either a Macintosh (With a PowerPC or Intel chip), or a Windows PC (with at least a Pentium II chip or equivalent). A modem with at least a 56K connection.
- Software: You will get the best results if you use the most recent browser from either Apple (Safari), Mozilla (Firefox) or from Microsoft (Microsoft Internet Explorer). - Web browser configurations: Our Web site uses cookie technology to keep track of the items in your shopping cart. If you are experiencing problems with our Web site, please check your Web browser settings for the following:
- Windows PC
- Internet Explorer 6 & 7 - In your Web browser, go to tools. Select "Internet Options" from the drop-down menu. Click on the Privacy tab, and then click on the Sites icon. In the "Address of website" field type our Web site URL, http://www.AnniesAttic.com, then click Allow. Click OK to close the sites window and then OK to close the Internet Properties window.
- Firefox - In your Web browser, go to tools. Select Options. In the window that appears, click on the icon labled 'Privacy'. In the cookies section, make sure that the box labled "Allow sites to set cookies" is checked. Click OK to close the window.
- Netscape - In your Web browser, Go to Edit, then click on Preferences. On the left pane, click on Advanced, then on the right, choose accept all cookies or accept only cookies that get sent back to the originating server. Click on OK to save.
- MAC
- Safari - Choose Preferences from the Safari menu and click Security. Click Always to accept and remember all cookies. Close the window.
- Windows PC
